Beyond Next Venturesは、同社が運営する「BRAVE2021 Autumn」の参加チームの募集を開始した。将来起業を視野に入れているチーム、起業直後のスタートアップ、技術シーズの事業化に意欲のある⽅からのエントリーを受け付けている。アグリ・フード、AI、環境・エネルギー、メディカル・デジタルヘルス、バイオ・創薬の5領域を募集。

BRAVEは、研究チームが有する高度な技術シーズの事業化、技術系スタートアップの事業成長を実現させるべく、約2カ月間にわたり、経験値豊かな起業家・専門家によるメンタリング、起業・資金調達に関する実践的なノウハウ、スタートアップの成長を加速させるリソースやネットワークを提供する。

2021年12月に開催するBRAVE2021 Demo Dayにおいて優秀な成績を収められたチームには、下記の賞金・特典がある。

  • 最大200万円の賞金または金額相当の事業化支援を授与

◆BRAVEの特徴

  1. 資金調達の加速
    当社からの投資検討機会、賞金や賞金相当の事業化支援、当社がプロモーターを務める助成金「START:研究成果展開事業 大学発新産業創出プログラム（JST START）」への推薦など、事業化資金および初期事業資金の獲得機会が用意されている。
  2. 経営チーム組成・補強
    当社が保有する2,000名以上の経営人材プール（https://talent.beyondnextventures.com/ilp）を活用し、経営幹部候補人材とのマッチングを行う。CXO候補人材、エンジニア、スペシャリスト、アドバイザーなど幅広い人材が所属しており、事業成長に必要なチームビルディングを支援する。
  3. 実践的メンタリング
    ビジネス・技術・知財・法律等のスペシャリストがメンターとして、事業プラン・事業計画作成サポート・ピッチ大会/Demo Dayに向けたプレゼンのアドバイスや、最も効果的に事業を成長させ、資金調達の成功に繋がる支援が提供される。
  4. 各種セミナーによるナレッジの強化

  5. スタートアップコミュニティへのアクセス
    BRAVEの卒業生(BRAVE Alumni)だけが参加するコミュニティへのアクセスが可能となる。事業成長・資金調達に成功したBRAVE Alumniとの交流会、有名起業家による講演会、スタートアップとの連携に積極的な事業会社のマッチングの機会を設けている。
  6. 事業会社とのネットワーク
    BRAVEのコンセプトに共感し、スタートアップとの連携機会を模索しているパートナー企業とのマッチングを行う。これまで累計50社以上の事業会社がパートナーとして参画し、BRAVE参加者との業務提携実績も生まれている。

過去6回の開催を通じて102チームがBRAVEを卒業。卒業後の累計資金調達額は121億円となり、卒業生の多くが加速度的に事業を成長させている。
