About Collaborative Projects

The diversification of ticket formats (e.g., IC cards, magnetic tickets, paper tickets, etc.) has made transportation more complicated, and the inability to easily obtain customer attributes, customer leads, etc., has made it difficult to utilize customer information for marketing purposes.
In this project, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and RYDE Corporation aim to centralize and sell a variety of tickets as digital tickets through the "RYDE PASS" mobility platform (application), as well as to analyze "customers" and build relationships with "customers" and "communities".
