Background of Intrapreneur's Hub
In recent years, changes in consumer behavior and markets due to the rise of the Internet and technology, as well as the rise of start-ups, have increased the need for new business creation initiatives in many companies. Under such circumstances, "in-house entrepreneurs," who launch new businesses within a companyintreprenueris also becoming increasingly important.
While Creww has held open innovation programs for more than 150 companies, we have found that people involved in new businesses share a common struggle in creating new businesses. If intrepreneurs who share common challenges can accelerate new businesses in their core business by sharing their concerns, sharing each other's know-how, and co-creating as needed, we believe that this will create a climate for more innovation to be born in Japan. Based on this hypothesis, we would like to create a community of intrepreneurs.
