The D-EGGS PROJECT is an open innovation project that leverages the strengths of Hiroshima Prefecture and three companies: Wact, which specializes in AI/IoT engineering consulting; Samurai Incubate, a VC firm that specializes in investing in and incubating startups in the startup/seed stage; and DIA, which is building a local communication platform. To this end, proposals for solutions (products, applications, services, etc.) that adapt to new lifestyles and new values, such as online access, in light of changes in the social environment that have made 3-density measures, etc. essential, will be solicited widely from across the country, and an acceleration program will be implemented to support the development of prototypes and field trials in the prefecture through the joint creation of players from within and outside the prefecture. Basically anyone can apply (students are also welcome)
 However, large companies*1 are excluded (participation as a partner company is acceptable)

Application Requirements

Demonstration within the prefecture*2 is mandatory*3

At least one of the following conditions must be met

①. At least one company*4 or organization in the prefecture must be included in the proposal at the time of proposal.
2). Collaborate with companies and organizations in the prefecture during development or demonstration.

Must be able to participate in all days of the event

The contents of the plan or business are not offensive to public order and morals.

The Hiroshima Sandbox is a place for open demonstration experiments where anything is possible through co-creation. The concept of the Hiroshima Sandbox is to create unprecedented new solutions using Industry 4.0 and next-generation technologies such as AI/IoT and Big Data.
