NEC×CloudWorks links its attendance management system "Kinzoku Jikan" and productivity improvement SaaS "Cloudlog".

Key points of this service linkage

As a first step to improve productivity, CloudLog is a tool that provides a base for considering more sophisticated improvement measures by accurately managing and understanding man-hours.
By linking with NEC's time and attendance management system, "Kikan Ji", it will be possible to match actual time and attendance information in the cloud log, enabling the construction of workflows for man-hour approval based on more accurate data and subsequent measures to improve productivity.

Many of the companies that have adopted our cloud logging service use it in conjunction with their time and attendance management systems. We have received feedback from such companies that "it is time-consuming to tally and match multiple times. In addition, companies that have not introduced cloud logging services have said, "We already have a tool in place, and it would be a burden to introduce a new tool," which led to this service linkage.

CloudLog was launched in March 2020 as a tool to visualize the way companies work, and has now been introduced by approximately 700 companies. Many companies use it to visualize employee work hours and as the basis for recording assets. We have received feedback that accurate man-hour management based on attendance information is necessary for auditing purposes, and we were able to implement a function to link with NEC's "Kinkekajoki.
