Eating well can also lead to the formation of human relationships and communication, as well as enhance quality of life and social skills.
Therefore, we would like to initiate an initiative focused on sensory value.
This initiative aims to ensure that food contributes to the enrichment of the soul by providing the pleasure, excitement, and empathy of eating, in addition to the healthful aspects that food can bring. This initiative requires knowledge from a variety of fields, including sensory design, the science of deliciousness, and user experience. We invite you to join us in our challenge to provide "food" that enriches the mind and body through the pursuit of sensory value!
