ENECHANGE and IDEMY announced a business alliance to support the development of green transformation personnel!
By combining Aidemy GX, an online learning service for GX human resource development provided by Aidemy, with ENECHANGE's expertise in GX as a decarbonized tech company, the two companies will support reskilling for GX human resource development and contribute to GX promotion. On the occasion of this business alliance, a co-hosted seminar "[ENECHANGE x Aidemy] Fundamentals to Keep in Mind for GX Promotion: Human Resource Development and Energy Decarbonization" will be held on October 26, 2023 (Thursday) at 12:00 pm.

Background of Business Alliance

The Japanese government has declared its goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2050, and has a policy of investing 150 trillion yen over the next 10 years under public-private sector collaboration, with a focus on the GX sector.
The government has also announced a policy of investing 1 trillion yen over 5 years to support reskilling efforts in critical areas such as GX and DX.

While GX promotion has become an urgent issue for Japanese companies, there is a shortage of human resources with GX knowledge in various areas such as management, business planning, R&D, consulting, and investment and financing to promote GX. In order to promote both offensive GX, which is seen as a business opportunity, and defensive GX, which is to promptly respond to customers' requests for decarbonization and government programs, it is essential to improve GX literacy throughout society, and the importance of GX human resource development is growing.
