Project Summary

This is a co-creation project that aims to go global with artists x fans x labels.

ALL-UP Diva, a music label whose mission is to bring happiness from Japan to people around the world with Asian music that defies stereotypes, is looking for initial members who can join us in our efforts to help our artists go global.
We will utilize FiNANCiE's token issuance and co-creation community to produce music, live event production, official goods and promotional planning.

We challenge you to create a system that allows everyone from fans who support artists to those who are interested in the music business to be involved in the ALL-UP Diva's operational process.

Nanao Project

The first part of the project will be co-creation with Nanao, an up-and-coming singer from ALL-UP Diva, of a LIVE event to be held once every other month, including a LIVE by four popular singers to be held at the end of the year, and a project to form a large band with Nanao.
Those who are able to participate will hold the tokens, and through the tokens, they will be involved in project creation and participatory experiences that only the holders can gain.

About Token Issuance Funding

FiNANCiE tokens are "digital items" that serve as proof of connection between project owners and supporters.

These tokens have a quantity like points, and their value (price) fluctuates according to demand.

The marketplace, which will open after the funding is completed, will allow for secondary distribution, and the community can also give away tokens to other supporters.
Tokens issued by the ALL-UP Diva project will be FT (Fuingible Token). The tokens are not securities under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, nor are they cryptographic assets under the Funds Settlement Law.
