He joined a human resources venture company as a new graduate in 2015 and has experience in corporate sales and recruiting, mainly for engineering positions.
In 2017, he moved to Coloplast Inc. where he worked in mid-career recruiting and then as a new graduate recruiting manager.
He joined Mirativ in April 2021 and is in charge of mid-career and new graduate recruitment.
We have many connections with agents and human resources and can discuss recruitment/recruitment public relations!

After graduating, he started working for a general developer, where he experienced everything from sales to human resources. After moving to a start-up company, engaged in HR consulting for a major client. After that, he established a company focusing on HR consulting. After 3 years of experience in providing consistent support for recruiting activities, from strategy design to analysis, as well as recruiting, to about 20 startup and mega-venture companies, he joined Creww because he shares the company's vision of increasing the number of people who take on challenges.
