What is the background of the co-creation program?
We are a member of the Aegis Group and provide services in the Kyushu and Chugoku areas.
Aegis Group provides a variety of services as outsourcing, including inventory, refurbishment, replenishment, and research to chain store and distribution retail customers.

In this program, we would like to work with startup companies to develop and provide new services that support customers in the chain store and distribution retail industry in order to make such distribution retail industry an industry that will continue to grow sustainably in the future.
We would also like to co-create new businesses outside of the chain store and distribution retail industry.

However, due to staff shortages, the vendor is facing challenges in both work and sales capabilities. To cover these challenges, employees with different roles are sometimes unable to perform their original duties, but are instead performing shelf shifting work, which has caused further problems, such as delays in sales plans sent to the headquarters.
