Based on Shimizu Corporation's long-term vision "SHIMZ VISION 2030," Shimizu Corporation will create new business seeds together with Shimizu Corporation employees with the cooperation of external human resources in order to produce start-ups that are not bound by the boundaries of the construction industry, and will provide support for commercialization with the aim of spinning them out.

In conjunction with the launch of this program, three projects designed by Shimizu Corporation employees that are not bound by the boundaries of the construction industry will be posted on a special website, and experienced and knowledgeable innovators from outside the company will be recruited to promote the projects.

By inviting innovators from outside the company to participate in each project, we are looking for project members who can bring in new knowledge that does not exist within Shimizu Corporation, and ultimately create and spin out businesses as founding members together with Shimizu Corporation employees.
