Srust Offers Secondment of R&D Talent from Large Companies to Startups

Srust has launched a new service in the area of research and development, in which it seconds R&D personnel from large companies to startups. By seconding experienced R&D personnel from large companies to R&D startups, which are always short of human resources, Srust is able to boost the business stage of startups and give large-company personnel a taste of the fast-paced R&D environment of startups.

Service Background

In recent years, the number of university-launched ventures and other R&D ventures with "technology" as their business foundation has been increasing at an accelerating pace. On the other hand, according to a questionnaire survey conducted by the Venture Enterprise Center, the need for R&D personnel is overwhelmingly high for R&D ventures at all business stages, and the acquisition of such personnel is a business challenge. In addition, since many ventures do not have sufficient funds, the hurdle to hiring excellent R&D personnel is high due to salary problems, which is also an issue in promoting business.
Srust is a service that allows ventures to use its services at a low cost and promote their business with talented R&D personnel from large companies.Secondee" was initiated.

About Secondee

The program aims to promote R&D in Japan by transferring experienced R&D personnel from large companies to venture companies to promote business and R&D, thereby resolving issues related to the human resources of both large companies and venture companies.
Currently, only a limited number of companies have been invited to participate in this closed service, but due to popular demand, only an additional 20 companies from both major corporations and venture companies are being invited to apply.
