CAMPFIRE Startups and Business Accelerator Kanagawa collaborate to provide comprehensive financial support for startups in Kanagawa Prefecture.

株式投資型クラウドファンディング「CAMPFIRE Angels」を運営するCAMPFIRE Startupsは、神奈川県の委託先であるeiicon companyが運営する「ビジネス・アクセラレーター・かながわ」とパートナーシップを提携した。それに伴い、現在参加企業募集中の「BAK NEW NOMAL PROJECT2021」にて採択されたスタートアップ企業へ、株式投資型クラウドファンディングや購入型クラウドファンディングの活用支援も含めた総合的ファイナンスサポート提供も開始する。

パートナーシップの締結の目的と背景

CAMPFIRE StartupsとBAKは、スタートアップ企業支援の強化を目的としたパートナーシップを通じ、数多くの神奈川県内のスタートアップ企業に対して、企業の事業成長を促進するサポートプログラムの選択肢を増やすだけでなく、スタートアップ企業の成長フェーズに合わせたクラウドファンディングの活用も含めた総合的なファイナンスサポートを提供する。

総合的なファイナンスサポート
神奈川県発のベンチャー企業に対し、クラウドファンディングの活用有無を問わず総合的なファイナンス相談窓口として、CAMPFIRE Startupsの経験豊富なキャピタリストが資本政策の策定や事業計画の策定等のサポート、ニーズによってクラウドファンディングを活用した資金調達サポートを行う。

クラウドファンディングの活用サポート
CAMPFIRE Startupsでは、運営する株式投資型クラウドファンディング「CAMPFIRE Angels」を始め、グループ会社である株式会社CAMPFIREの運営する購入型クラウドファンディング「CAMPFIRE」等、クラウドファンディングを活用した、ベンチャー企業の資金調達サポートを提供する。また、購入型クラウドファンディングと株式投資型クラウドファンディング併用による手数料ディスカウントも用意されている。

スタートアップ企業におけるクラウドファンディングの活用について

クラウドファンディングは事業成長を目指すスタートアップ企業においても幅広く活用することができ、CAMPFIRE Startupsの運営する「CAMPFIRE Angels」では短期間で数千万円規模の資金調達に成功する事例も生まれている。また購入型クラウドファンディングとの併用により売上を立てると同時に資本を増強し、ユーザーと株主を集める、と言った活用も可能である。
 

「ビジネス・アクセラレーター・かながわ（BAK）」について

神奈川県内に拠点を持つ大企業・中堅企業等と、質の高いベンチャー企業間の事業連携プロジェクト創出を目的とし、大企業・ベンチャー企業・研究機関・支援機関等が参画する協議会の運営を通してオープンイノベーションのコミュニティ形成に取り組む。BAKでは、企業が抱える課題や実現したいテーマに基づき、大企業等とベンチャー企業のマッチングを行い、事業化に向けた支援が行っわれている。

「BAK NEW NORMAL PROJECT 2021」について

今年度のBAKの活動において、ベンチャー企業と神奈川県内の企業等による新たな提携プロジェクト創出を目的に、ベンチャーとの提携による新規事業創出や新規サービス開発を主体的に進める企業（以下、パートナー企業）を本年4月より公募し、8社がパートナー企業として決定している。
また、今年度のインキュベーションプログラム名は「BAK NEW NORMAL PROJECT 2021」とし、新型コロナにより生じた社会課題等の解決を軸としたテーマをパートナー企業各社にて設定し、連携するベンチャー企業を募集する。
