【コロナウイルス感染の不安を解消】医療相談アプリ「LEBER」を無料で提供

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大が続く中、インターネットやSNSでは真偽の確かでない情報やフェイクニュースが報じられ、パニックの波が世界中に広がりつつある。AGREEでは、このパニックの中、状況に応じた適切な判断を行えるよう、「医師と24時間相談できるアプリLEBER（リーバー）を「コロナウイルスに関する相談に限り」無料提供する。
刻一刻と状況の変わる本事案においては、現場で実際に疾病に応対している医師の知識・経験が皆様の不安軽減に非常に有効です。AGREEは、本取り組みを通じ遠隔医療が適切に世の中に行き渡ることにより、医療機関への一極集中に伴う2次感染からのパンデミックを防ぐことができると考えている。

２４時間３６５日スマホで医師に相談ができるアプリである。現在１００名以上の医師が登録されており、すぐに病院に行けない人もアプリを通じて医師に相談することができる。

① ホーム画面の「相談してみる」をタップし、相談者と症状を選択
② 医師からオススメの市販薬や症状に会う医療機関、対処法などのアドバイスを受ける
③ アドバイスをもとに行動

【STEP1：登録】

① こちらのURLにアクセス（https://company.leber11.com/company/Eyi)
② スマホの電話番号を登録し、SMSに届いたワンタイムパスワードを入力
③ 誕生日やパスワードを設定
④ 入力完了画面からアプリストアへ移動し、「LEBER」をダウンロード
⑤ １つのアプリ内で、家族のアカウント管理も可能

【STEP２：コロナウイルスについて相談する】

① ホーム画面から「相談してみる」を選択
② 相談したいアカウントを選択（家族を追加できます）
③ 「期間限定コロナウイルス」のカテゴリを選択して「OK」を押す
④ チャットボットの問診に回答をし、「相談する」を押す
⑤ 支払い方法の選択で「会社、市区町村（無料）」を選択
※ STEP1の登録が行えていないとこの画面は表示されません
⑥ 「支払いへ進む」を選択し、合計金額が「0pt」となっていることを確認して医師に相談を送る
⑦ 最速3分で医師より回答が返ってくる
