MassChallenge, a leading U.S. accelerator based in Boston, offers an acceleration program in which startups are selected through a rigorous screening process from startups in the U.S. and abroad that are expected to have a significant impact on society and make great strides in the future.

AZUL Energy has a mission to realize a sustainable society with its core technology of proprietary rare metal-free catalysts, and is promoting its catalyst/electrode sales business mainly in the energy sector, including fuel cells, air batteries, and water electrolyzers. AZUL Energy was selected as one of 127 startups out of 1100 applicants for the MassChallenge 2023 U.S. Early Stage Program based on the social value and potential for future growth of AZUL Energy's efforts toward a decarbonized society.
