Higashimurayama City and Creww launch "Higashimurayama Accelerator 2023! Calling for startups that can co-create with manufacturing companies!

About "Higashimurayama Accelerator 2023

This program is designed to promote the creation of new businesses (co-creation) and innovation of existing businesses by utilizing both the technologies and management resources of two manufacturing companies in Higashimurayama City (Togane Packing Co., Ltd. and Nihon Universal Electric Co. The purpose of this program is to promote the creation of new businesses (co-creation) and innovation of existing businesses by utilizing both the technologies and management resources of Universal Electric Co.

In conjunction with the launch of this program, a dedicated website will be opened on the Creww website to begin soliciting collaboration proposals from startups nationwide. The selection of collaboration proposals, as well as matching and commercialization promotion, will be held online (on the Creww platform). Under this program, Higashimurayama City will provide partial support for the costs associated with demonstration experiments with participating companies.

After about six months of the program, a presentation of the results is scheduled to be held in March 2024.
