「COACHING DOJO」制作の背景

また、”コーチング”は「人生の可能性を最大化する」ツールとして時代トレンドに最適なものと言えるでしょう。

一方で、日本ではアメリカに比べコーチングのマーケット規模は300億円程度と、1/50程度(米:1.6兆円)に留まっています。
その要因の一つに、圧倒的な「認知機会」の少なさが挙げられます。

需要も十分存在し、供給体制も整っている市場において、コーチングそのものの「認知拡大」ひいては、コーチングを取り巻くエコシステムに厚みを持たせるという野心のもと、COACHING DOJOの制作が開始されました。

同社独自パーソナルコーチングサービスの開発検証を主な目的とし、認定持ちプロコーチによる、完全無料デモセッション(約70~100分ほど)をオンライン(zoom)上にて提供しています。
