KAIKA: A human resource management system for nursing care facilities that allows caregivers' talents to "bloom.

<Project Summary
The project was launched to "energize care workers.
Nursing homes do not have "human resources departments!" This is because they do not have the financial resources to staff an HR department. Managers also manage to handle HR tasks on a one-handed basis while standing on the nursing home floor. As a result, HR management is not structured and employee engagement is difficult to maintain.
