DIP will launch "Outsourced.Accelerator" to support startup-like rapid growth from outsourced business, leveraging its track record of supporting more than 100 startups to date. Companies founded in the form of outsourcing operations from clients have difficulty benefiting from various systems and investor support amid the investment trend of SaaS and AI. Accelerator" will support startup-like growth from outsourced businesses.
The program is open to companies that have started their business from a commissioned business. Companies and individuals who pass the public selection process and are selected for the program will be provided with all the resources necessary for growth, including mentoring, data provision, business funding, PR, and recruitment support.

Accelerator" support 

(1) Management Support
Accelerator, a full-time mentor will provide management support in collaboration with the RealityAccelerator, a SaaS/AI expert, for a period of three months from the date of selection. In addition to business model study and various management support, direct business support by DIP employees and student interns, and introductions to experts such as former entrepreneurs, direct recruiters, editors, engineers, growth hackers, and salespeople will be provided.

(2) Product development support
DIP will provide over 200,000 anonymized data and know-how for job media such as "Baitoru," "Baitoru NEXT," and "Hatarako.net" operated by DIP, as well as site development, marketing, SEO, PR support, and service collaboration.

(3) Sales support
Even before the investment, mentors will introduce customers and support the sales system. After the capital and business tie-up with DIP, DIP will develop new clients with more than 1,500 sales members at 40 locations nationwide. DIP will support the company's start-up from the very beginning.

(4) Financing support
The amount of investment from DIP will be up to 100 million yen, ranging from several million yen to several tens of millions of yen per project. Investments will be made in accordance with DIP's investment program. Not all companies are eligible, nor is acceptance mandatory. Cooperation in formulating capital policies, bank loans not limited to DIP, and introductions to CVC, VC, and private investors will also be provided.
