Todai IPC and Amaterasu collaborate on startup recruitment support! Offering special plans for startups

The University of Tokyo Collaborative Platform Development will launch an initiative in collaboration with Amaterasu, which provides job search services for startups, in order to efficiently and effectively promote human resource recruitment, one of the key elements of business growth for portfolio companies!
By providing some of the companies that have invested in Todai IPC with plans to use Amaterasu's recruiting services for startups, we aim to support the business growth of startups from a human resource perspective and further invigorate the flow of human resources in the startup community by providing a wide range of job information to registered members of Amaterasu. We also aim to further invigorate the flow of human resources in the startup community by providing a wide range of job information to registered members.

Background of Current Initiatives

In addition to "capital," "human resources" are also an important factor in the growth of a startup. Although the number of people moving to startups has been increasing in recent years, many startups are still seeking the participation of human resources to support their business growth.

In addition, in today's increasingly competitive human resources market, hiring attractive personnel who fit the company's needs requires both time and expertise. On the other hand, many start-ups lack the human and capital resources, and many companies are troubled by their recruiting activities.

Against this backdrop, expectations for recruiting support as part of investment business firms' growth support for startups have increased.

Therefore, the University of Tokyo IPC has recently partnered with Amaterasu, which specializes in providing recruiting support to startups and has provided recruiting support to many of the startups it has invested in, to enable its portfolio companies to access Amaterasu's recruiting support services.

Amateras has always been a member of the Amateras Neighbors (https://amater.as/amateras-neighbors/In the past, we have worked with startup incubators such as VC firms to support the recruitment of startups, but this time we are taking the initiative even further, and this is a new example of collaboration between an investment firm and a recruitment service.

Details of Initiatives

Amaterasu will provide some of Todai IPC's portfolio companies with a plan to use Amaterasu's recruiting services for startup companies at no cost to the portfolio companies.

Amaterasu provides a recruitment scouting service that is close to startups and has the following features

Only startups and venture companies can use Amaterasu.
Only startup and venture company applicants are eligible to register with Amaterasu.
High scout reply rate greatly reduces recruiting time and effort.
No limit on the number of scouts or messages, and subscription plans can significantly reduce recruitment costs

This is a trial collaboration, and we plan to consider continuing it in light of the results of this initiative.
