Mirai Works and Kuwana Mie Shinkin Bank Form Business Alliance! Promoting the use of professional human resources in urban areas on the side to revitalize the local economy

Mirai Works announced that it has signed a business alliance agreement with Kuwana Mie Shinkin Bank to strengthen the business of local companies through human resource support!
With this partnership with Kuwana Mie Shinkin Bank, we will also promote the use of local job-transfer and sideline personnel with 108 regional financial institutions.

Background of the Kuwana Mie Shinkin Bank Alliance

Since its establishment in 1925, Kuwana Mie Shinkin Bank has achieved steady growth under the motto of "solid and sound management. Today, the bank has 43 branches in Mie, Aichi, and Gifu prefectures, and as a regional financial institution and a financial institution specializing in small and medium-sized enterprises, it is challenging the wave of financial liberalization with its originality, contributing to the development of the local economy and the financial convenience of local residents.

Mirai Works has launched "Skill Shift," a sideline matching platform for small- and medium-sized local companies with more than 12,000 registered urban human resources who wish to work on the side.https://www.skill-shift.com/), which matches local small and medium-sized enterprises with excellent human resources in urban areas to help them solve various management issues, such as new product development, marketing, sales channel development, and business improvement.

Local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are facing the challenge of a shortage of labor and human resources due to the declining population, and this challenge is serious even for Kuwana Mie Shinkin Bank's business partners.
We believe that we can contribute to the growth and development of each company by utilizing human resources on the side through "Skill Shift" as a new measure, and have entered into this business alliance agreement.

Through this alliance, the Kuwana Mie Shinkin Bank will match professional human resources who wish to utilize their skills to contribute to the local community with companies doing business with the Kuwana Mie Shinkin Bank, thereby contributing to the creation and increase of a related population (*1), human resource mobility, and skill sharing, thereby contributing to the revitalization of the Japanese economy.

1 Relevant population refers to people who are not "permanent residents" who have moved to the area or "exchange residents" who have come for tourism, but people who are involved in a variety of ways with the local community and local people.
