LVESS Labs, a provider of VESS, a digital certificate management platform that leverages distributed identities (DID/VC), has established a vision of "a society where everyone owns a digital identity and creates new value through trust. LVESS Labs, a provider of VESS, a digital certificate management platform using distributed identity (DID/VC), has been selected for the 7th term of G-STARTUP, an accelerator program jointly sponsored by GLOBIS and GLOBIS Capital Partners, Inc. The company announced that it has been selected for the Incubate Track, an accelerator program jointly sponsored by GLOBIS and Globis Capital Partners!

About G-STARTUP

Aiming to build a platform that will produce 100 unicorn companies, this accelerator program supports startup entrepreneurs who are expected to grow into leading venture companies in Japan in the future. The program includes discussions with a faculty of successful entrepreneurs and lectures that give adopted companies the perspectives and latest management knowledge they need to become unicorns. Through the accompaniment of mentors who are active venture capitalists, the program will support companies in raising funds to become unicorns. In addition, we provide investment from the "G-STARTUP Fund. The total number of investees is more than 35 companies.

What is VESS, a Digital Certificate Issuance Platform?

VESS is a digital certificate issuance platform that enables easy issuance, management, and display of digital certificates utilizing DIDs (Distributed Identifiers) and Verifiable Credentials (VCs), which are being standardized globally by the W3C. VCM is a platform for companies to manage the issuance of digital certificates. There are two versions of VESS: "VESS Credentials" for enterprises, which manages the issuance of digital certificates, and "VESS" for users and businesses, which enables the display and use of digital certificates. Issued certificates can be verified by third parties without the need to contact the issuer.

VESS Credentials can support a variety of certificates for clients, making it easy to issue and use digital certificates for various fields, such as course completion certificates, academic and internship certificates, student IDs, employee IDs, proof of enrollment, proof of participation in events, and more.

The development of digital identity is irreversible in today's society, and its importance is growing every day, and VESS is laying the foundation for the global digital society of the future by making it easy to issue, manage, and utilize digital certificates.
