What methods and systems are actually used for innovation?
We will invite a guest from the Corporate Planning Division of the Corporate Planning Department to talk about our first accelerator program, which we undertook for the first time last year. We would also like to hear about the aims of the second accelerator program currently underway.

▶︎ Hiroshi Fujino Executive Officer, in charge of Corporate Planning and General Manager of Corporate Planning Department, Sagawa Express Co.
Joined Sagawa Express in 2014. He was assigned to the Logistics Consulting Section of the Sales Development Department. From 2020, he will concurrently serve as Executive Officer in charge of Corporate Planning.

Joined Sagawa Express in 1997. After working at the Tokyo Sales Office and branch offices, he was in charge of corporate planning at the Corporate Planning Section of the Tokyo Head Office.

Joined SG Holdings in 2013. In the Business Development Department, he was in charge of M&A, etc. In 2016, he was transferred to the Corporate Planning Department of Sagawa Express Co.

Corporate Planning Section 2019 Joined Sagawa Express. After working in customer service at a sales office, he has been in charge of corporate planning at the Corporate Planning Section since 2020.
▶︎Mr. Taichi Kimura CS Team Manager, Open Innovation Dept.
After working for a trading company and a general consulting firm, he joined Creww in 2020 because he shared Creww's vision of supporting challengers. He teaches them the mindset for dealing with startups and the key points for creating new businesses, and contributes to improving the success rate of co-creation programs.
▶︎Hitomi Tajiri (Moderator) Biz Team Manager/Corporate Strategy, Open Innovation Dept.
After working in sales at a major staffing agency, he worked in consulting sales at the bridal division of Recruit Holdings, Inc. where he experienced new business, strategic planning, internal and external human resource development, and management. After gaining experience in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing and financial services, he joined Creww in 2016.
Creww operates an accelerator program that has led to numerous successful collaborations, and through business and capital alliances, supports the growth of startups and the creation of new businesses for companies.
Currently, he is a member of the sales team and is involved in the development of management strategies, including the promotion of corporate open innovation and regional innovation projects.
