Joined Macromill as a new graduate and was in charge of sales in various areas from agencies to business companies. Currently, while working as a marketer in the toC domain at NAKED, a creative company, he is engaged in marketing work at several startup companies and Creww as a double job.

In 1998, he joined Seino Transport Co. After working as a truck driver in the field, he worked as a sales specialist in the Tokyo metropolitan area for 7 years, where he was in charge of major new customer development. In 2016, as a founding member of the newly established Open Innovation Promotion Office, he was involved in incubating and building new businesses with the aim of creating value through the utilization of the company's assets. He is engaged in incubation and new business development for the purpose of value creation by utilizing the company's assets.
Panelist 1: Tomoyuki Mizuno, Director / Managing Director, Creww
After graduating from an American university, he worked for 10 years as a sales and business manager at an IT venture company in Japan. 2011, he co-founded a social ticketing service and was involved in the launch of the startup, and after establishing an affiliated company and launching new businesses, he joined Creww in 2013. As a board member of Creww, he is responsible for the open innovation program between large companies and startups as well as sales.
Panelist 2: Katsuya Nakajima, Biz Team Director, Open Innovation Dept.
During his university years, he participated in a student venture company. After that, he worked at an independent venture capital firm, assisting in the hiring of new investors, and was involved in the launch and management of a new business at a major human resources company.
