About "MoAP (Momosta Accelerator Program "MoAP") - Basic Stage
This program is designed to accelerate business growth for pre- and post-startup entrepreneurs who are highly motivated to grow. Starting with learning the mindset required for entrepreneurs, participants will learn to organize business issues and test hypotheses, and build a state of adaptability of their products and services to the market.
During the period, we will provide full support for business growth through support by a companion mentor and professional mentoring by a spot mentor.

Features of the course
(1) Sharing of knowledge and expertise necessary for PMF
Students will learn and practice hypothesis testing methods to determine what is necessary for a product or service to be PMF (Product Market Fit).
(2) Support through mentoring
Mentoring will be provided by a companion mentor suited to the area the participant wishes to work on and a spot mentor who can be consulted on a spot basis. We will back up business growth from various angles.
(3) Lectures by experienced and varied instructors
Lectures will be given by invited lecturers, including senior entrepreneurs with ties to Okayama, experts specializing in support for the start-up phase of business, and VC capitalists.
④Holding a demo day to expand your encounters at once!
The final session of the program will be a Demo day. After the program, participants will be matched with venture capitalists and business companies necessary for them to grow their businesses at once.

| Who Should Attend | Individuals and sole proprietors (students are acceptable) who are willing to work on business in startup/venture type business before establishment. Start-up business owners who have been in business for less than 3 years and have not yet raised funds. Small and medium-sized business owners, executives, and successors who are considering a start-up business as their second business venture. |

Momotaro Startup Cafe" in Okayama is a community that fully supports future entrepreneurs and startup challengers, including those who are interested in starting a business or challenging a new business.
